What we collect
We collect only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, approximate budget, intended purchase timeframe and the content of your message. We collect nothing else automatically beyond what the site needs to function.
Why, and on what legal basis
We process your data solely to answer your enquiry and to put forward matching properties. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, being steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for twenty-four months from our last contact. Where a purchase goes ahead, we keep the records for as long as Spanish tax and anti-money-laundering rules require.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the service providers the site depends on: our hosting provider and our email delivery provider. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or with the authority in your country of residence.
